Third floor (building has elevator) 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo with a lovely view of the lake where rwo fountains soothe away your stress as you sip coffee or champagne on the screened lanai. Activity packed gated community that is close to all kinds of shopping and dining while only being 10-15 minutes from the beaches of the Guilf of Mexico.

Meanwhile you can find lots to do in this community and never have to leave your private and gated surroundings. There is a recreation center with exercise room, billards and a library. A heated community pool is very enticing after a day of vigorous activity be it tennis, pickleball or shuffleboard. All of these activities can be enjoyed without ever leaving the property.

Master and Guest Bedrooms have Queen beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Shared laundry on each floor.

Utilities, cable or streaming service and WIFI included. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. 3 month minimum stay required. Association application and approval required (application fee $125).

Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

NOTE: We do not accept reservations for high season months of Jan - April for less than 90 days until after Labor Day. After Labor Day - 30 DAY minimum rentals only during the HIGH SEASON months of January, February and March. Tenants who are in this year have first option to renew for the next year, and have until April 15 to advise us if they are returning. Please contact us to be added to automatic e-mail alerts for available units.

PROPERTIES ARE SET UP FOR CONVENIENT CONTACTLESS TOURS. We are unable to do in person showings due to existing bookings and owner usage. Photos on website are updated regularly.
