San Remo Retreat has been completely and lovingly renovated from top to bottom in 2017 and is gorgeously decorated and meticulously maintained. Be among the first to enjoy this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the desirable subdivision of San Remo Shores on a large salt water canal with a 50 foot dock. Bring your boat and enjoy the great fishing in Palma Sola Bay, head out to the Gulf of Mexico for offshore fishing or take a leisurely cruise around the islands of Long Boat Key and Anna Maria Island just 1.5 miles to the west.

San Remo Retreat provides a comfortable living area and dining area. The spacious kitchen boasts top of the line appliances and a breakfast bar for casual meals. Prefer cooking outdoors? Watch the fish jumping in the canal while sitting on the large paver patio and grilling your meal. Manatees and Dolphin are also frequent visitors! Owner will allow 1 small dog under 20lbs with a $350 non-refundable pet fee.

San Remo Retreat has 2 King bedrooms and 1 Queen. All 3 bathrooms have tubs and 2 are en-suite.

There is a large flat screen TV in the living area and flat screens in all of the bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV will keep you connected throughout the home.
