Take a walk on the white sand beach, watch the sunset, and enjoy the "old Florida" feel when you stay at this cozy one-bedroom condo at Runaway Bay. Runaway Bay is a 13-acre resort complex full of amenities for you and your family to enjoy while on your vacation and just a short three minute walk to the gulf beaches via private, deeded beach access.

This second-floor condo is located overlooking the pool area of the complex with a peek-a-boo view of the gulf from the screened lanai. Relax and have a coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night while enjoying the refreshing gulf breeze. This condo is continually maintained, updated and fully stocked. Towels, sheets, comforters and even pillows are cleaned and changed out throughout the year to make sure that every one of our guests have a clean and comfortable home while staying at our vacation home.

The condo has a beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen. including both a drip and Keurig coffee makers. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a large closet, stack washer and dryer off of direct access to the master bathroom. The living room has a pull-out full size sofa bed, so the condo can sleep 4 comfortably. All linens, including beach towels, hair dryer, ironing board and start up supply of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided and there is laundry available on premises. The condo also has free WIFI and upgraded cable channels on 2 TVs., DVD player, tennis rackets, books, magazines, movies, board games, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella, a soft side cooler, and a foldable beach cart are all for use during your stay. 7 day minimum stay.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

ABOUT ISLAND LIFE - Anna Maria Island is a Barrier Island located in the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint shops and local restaurants, with 7 miles of blue waters and white sandy beaches, are all part of the landscape here. It is a place where "Old Florida" charm can still be found and "Island Time" is a way of life. No buildings over 3 stories high and no drive through restaurants, you can't help but relax in this laid-back Florida atmosphere.

RESORT AMENITIES - Runaway Bay has been voted the best resort by the Bradenton Herald for several years in a row. This vacation resort has the largest heated pool on the Island and we are steps away from the sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island. This resort features tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce ball court, a fitness center, BBQ grills throughout the property and a fishing pier located at the back of the property, right over the bay. There is a free trolley that will take you all around the Island and there is a covered trolley stop located at the entrance to the resort.

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner.
