Enjoy views of the pool and the breathtaking blue sky from this second story 1 BR/1 BA condo. Bedroom offiers a queen size bed, wood flooring and TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, wood flooring and TV in the living room. Updated kitchen & bath. Ceiling fan in bedroom. Screened balcony.

1 small pet under 25# lbs is welcome with a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee and a $250.00 security deposit

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available. Includes 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler
and long floats.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner.
