Light and bright second floor 2 BR/2 Bath condo with view of pond and pool. Condo is a close walk to the beach. Queen bed in master bedroom and twin and full beds in guest bedroom. TV's in living room and bedrooms. Brand New queen sleeper sofa in the living room with love seat and recliner. New flooring in dining and living rooms. Ceiling fans in kitchen, dining area, and both bedrooms. Screened balcony. Full size washer and dryer in condo.

Pool, Tennis, pickleball courts, fishing dock and shuffleboard are open

Club house, fitness center and bocce ball are under repair at this time

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Unit has 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach buggy, cooler, a drip and Keurig coffee makers.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved
