Master bedroom has a new comfortable king-size bed, Guest bedroom features two new full size beds, TV's in bedrooms and living room. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Beach supplies such as 6 beach chairs, cooler, beach mats, beach towels, 2 umbrellas and a beach buggy.

Pool, Tennis, pickleball courts, fishing dock and shuffleboard are open

Club house, fitness center and bocce ball are under repair at this time

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

1 pet up to 25 pounds

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

"All of the staff members were very friendly and responsive. Accommodated our date mishap. Cindy was so helpful! We appreciate all the beach equipment in the unit - down to the sand toys. We would rent this unit again.
