New lounge furniture and full size washer/dryer in condo. Premium cable and telephone with free long distance calls throughout America.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

This condo provides complimentary bikes (2), 6 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Boogie Boards, floats and a portable BBQ grill.
