This two bedroom two bath condo has a very nice view of the waterway and you are only a few steps from Runaway Bay's beautiful pool. This condo has been completely updated. All furnishings, baths and kitchen. Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed. Has flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Livingroom has large flat screen TV. Cable and Wi Fi are provided. Unit comes with 5 beach chairs,1 umbrella, beach buggy, beach towels and cooler.

Pool, Tennis, pickleball courts, fishing dock and shuffleboard are open

Clubhouse, fitness center and bocce ball are under repair at this time

Aminities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, pickleball and shuffleboard. BBQ grills are nearby, a kayak launch and a fishing pier are provided.

7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
