This first floor 2BR/2BA condo that sleeps 6 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. Completely renovated in 2025.

Unit has a very well stocked, updated kitchen which includes all small appliances.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a view of the pond. Guest bedroom
features a king bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen t.v.'s. Livingroom has a flat screen t.v. and a queen sleeper sofa.
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon delight on the lanai right over the beautiful pond.
Condo includes six beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, buggy and beach towels.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

"I loved this unit and the Runaway patrons. The pool was great. Parking was adequate and loved the closeness to the beach and all the supplies that were in storage closet.
