This spacious condo is for those who desire 5-star accommodations but with privacy and space that no hotel can offer at his price point. The condo offers a lovely lagoon view with cool breezes and gorgeous sunrises. The master suite features a king bed, in-suite luxury shower/bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Experience waking up to a gorgeous view! There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, one is a trundle, making a total of 3 twins. Sleeper sofa sleeps add'l 2. Open floor plan with glass "wall" to the screened lanai that artfully opens up to allow you to bring the outdoors inside.

Why choose to stay here? You are 1 mile from Anna Maria Island named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA Today/10Best.com and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal.

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is scheduled to open in 2020.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Unit provides 2 beach chairs.

Conveniently located close to everything...shopping, restaurants, award-winning golf, fishing and water sports and the free Island Trolley and Monkey Bus can get you there.

Rates are based on a six (6) person occupancy. Seventh person charge is $25 per day.

"The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the Margaritaville decor. It is a mile drive to the beach and grocery store. Floriday restaurant was good and very close by. We enjoyed our stay.
