Welcome to Gamarra's Gulf Getaway! Come stay in this completely remodeled condo with granite counters, brand new appliances, and enclosed lanai! Enjoy the Sarasota sunshine at one of two pools or tennis courts in the community of Village Brooke. The newly renovated clubhouse has a pool/ping pong table, big screen TV, library, and catering kitchen. The community offers lots of green space picnic tables, gazebo, BBQ’s, and shuffleboard.

Inside the condo you will find a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed, huge walk-in closet, and private en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has two comfy twin size beds and closet with 2nd bathroom across the hall. Relax on your screened lanai while sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the morning sun. The convenient location allows you easy access to enjoy everything Sarasota has to offer!

Start your day with a brisk stroll to Starbucks (0.5 mi) for a latte, then head over to Crunch Fitness (0.7 mi) for a workout. Your choice of Gulf Beaches…Siesta Key (5.8 mi) or Lido Beach (8.2 mi). Visit Downtown Sarasota (4.6 mi) for plenty of shopping and dining choices. No need to even drive to happy hour, The Parrot Patio Bar & Grill is only 0.3 miles from this Snowbird’s nest. Prices based on 4-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities and WIFI.

Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($100), Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (ONLY AVAILABLE to be purchased at the time of booking). Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
