This adorable, ground floor, one bedroom, one bath unit is located just across the street from the Beach. Several eateries and shops are just a few steps away and Bridge Street is within walking distance or a short ride on the Islands free trolley. The heated, community pool and picnic area with gas grill are directly on the bay AKA the Intracoastal Waterway. Gorgeous panoramic views all around you. The bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a community laundry on premises. NO PETS/NO SMOKING.

Application fee is $100.00

Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.
