Heavenly Sunset will treat you to some of the most colorful vistas that encompass our beautiful surroundings. The teal blue, green waters lapping against the white sandy beaches are gorgeous to be sure but the multicolored sunsets are exquisite!

Speaking of exquisite.....Heavenly Sunset will welcome you with open arms and encourage you to make meaningful and and unforgettable memories with your family and friends. There is plenty of seating inside and out and comfortable sleeping for the whole family.

The ground floor has an awesome heated, cocktail pool. There is a BBQ grill (gas), a small bar with TV and plenty of seating. There is also an outdoor shower, dining table and putting green. The garage has additional games for entertainment, as well.

Up the stairs to the second floor you will find a spacious and bright living and kitchen area with gorgeous views from every window. The couch and loveseat are comfortable for entertaining and movie nights. The dining room table is wonderful and can seat eight with room to spare. The lovely updated kitchen will, no doubt, be the focus of many a delicious meal for all to enjoy.

The master suite is top notch on the top floor, with a balcony and views all its own. The master bath has dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower with a rain shower head. The room is spacious as is the walk-in closet.

Also, on the top floor is the "bunk room." This is a guest room that will sleep four to 5 or 6 children comfortably. It has a three tiered bunk bed with twin, twin XL and queen with an addition trundle bed that has two twins. It has its own TV and bathroom with walk-in shower.

This is a family friendly home. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure they accommodate the whole family by including a Pak-N-Play, high chair, beach shade and beach toys. Swim diapers MUST be worn in the pool.

And not to be forgotten are the games in the garage. There is a pool table, foosball table and a electronic dart board.

The laundry room is inside and has a full size washer and dryer.

The convenience of this property will also be a highlight of your vacation. Just out your front door and down the driveway you will find the direct beach access for the beach and/or the free trolley stop that heads south. Just one building over, in front of our office (Wagner Realty) you will find the free trolley stop that heads to the north end of the island. There are eateries within walking distance but hopping on the trolley will take you to all the other spots island wide. If traveling outside our immedaite area...Disney World ~ 2 hours, Busch Gardens/Tampa ~ 1 hour, St. Pete ~ 45+ minutes, Sarasota/Siesta Key ~ 45+ minutes.

There are many fishing charters, sunset cruises, restaurants to suit every taste and beautiful white sandy beaches that are world renowned. ~~ Come for a week and you'll want to stay forever!! ~~
