Welcome to Poinciana Retreat! Lovely, ground level, three bedroom, three bath home with two screened patios and a wonderful swimming pool among mature, tropical flora and fauna. This home is spacious enough for the whole family but also has separate areas for quiet time alone to read a book or take a nap.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances and lovely sea foam green subway tile accents. The white cabinets are plentiful and there is a large built in pantry to use for extra storage.

There are two screened patios for added space. One has a TV for game watching pleasure and the other is perfect for book reading or a quiet nap.

The large living room/Florida Room has comfortable seating and a pullout sofa. It also has a small table to play cards, games or put together a puzzle. Great ways to spend time with quality time with family and create forever memories.

It is a short walk to the beach and is equipped with a beach cart, chairs and other beach necessities. The trolley stop is only a short distance away as well. Hop on the free trolley and explore the island round trip or hop on and hop off at any stop you wish. Many eateries and shops are within walking distance but it is about 10 blocks. So if you would rather not walk the trolley is good for that, as well.

There are bike and golf cart rentals on the island. But if you choose to rent a golf cart, please make sure it is " gas " powered.

One week minimum. Pet friendly home depending on the type and size of the animal.
