River Strand Golf and Country Club Coach Home..This home is exquisitely decorated with lovely upgrades throughout with detailing that you normally would not experience in a typical vacation rental residence.

From the lovely serene and private views from the lanai and living area to the full list of amenities and activities afforded to guests staying in River Strand Golf and Country Club, this rental experience will delight you for each and every day that you spend in this community.

This delightful coach home is located only 5 minutes from the Sanctuary pool, Clubhouse, Gym and Pickleball Courts.

A Social Membership is available for the tenant to purchase at $335, or a Golf and Social Membership for $535. Tenant will need to purchase a transponder for gate access for $45.00. There is a 24-hour guard gate at the main entrance. (prices subject to change without notice until reservation fees are paid and confirmed)

The community offers 2 Clubhouses, a Bar and Grill Room, Fine Dining Restaurant, Poolside Tiki Bar, Resort Style Pools, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts and an on-site Tennis Pro Shop. There are 2 modern fitness centers, 8 Pickleball Courts, a Conference Room, a Card Room and Basketball. There are many special events and activities to fill your day.

River Strand is located near I-75 giving easy access to University Town Center Mall, The Ellenton Premium Outlets and easy commute to Tampa, Sarasota and St Petersburg/Clearwater airports. The Gulf Coast Beaches along Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island are also within 30 minutes.

NO PETS / NO SMOKING. Utilities, cable or streaming channels and WIFI are included. 30-day minimum stay required, however we reserve the right to limit high season stays January - April to 90 days.

May 1 - Nov 30: $6000 per month*

Prices shown are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Additional charges will be: a refundable Security Deposit ($1500) or a non-refundable Damage Protection Insurance ($55), Departure Cleaning Fee ($300), Booking fee ($250.00), Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested and purchased at the time of booking). Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.

NOTE: We do not accept reservations for high season months of Jan - April for less than 90 days until after Labor Day. After Labor Day - 30 DAY minimum rentals only during the HIGH SEASON months of January, February and March. Tenants who are in this year have first option to renew for the next year and have until April 15 to advise us if they are returning. Please contact us to be added to automatic e-mail alerts for available units.

PROPERTIES ARE SET UP FOR CONVENIENT CONTACTLESS TOURS. We are unable to do in-person showings due to existing bookings and owner usage. Photos on website are updated regularly.
